If you want fancy or luxury it's not the place for you. If you want a cozy, friendly, affordable place to stay on the beach this is the spot. The staff is extremely friendly. The kind of place where everyone speaks to each other and you don't have to worry about your beach items being stolen from outside your room. Just had my 3rd visit and will be back. September is the best time to go to the beach!
Our room was about 1/2 step above a hovel. Windows broken in back. 1 low watt bulb in ceiling. Springs about to come thru mattress. If I had arrived before office closed I would have confronted office staff. Large sign on door "NO REFUNDS". So you are stuck...I relied on reviews and photos when booking so who knows where those reviews came from! Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Parking also is a nightmare as well. HORRIBLE.
Our favorite to classmates reunion. I mean, on the beach, what else could we have ask for. All personal were very friendly and courteous to us at all times! Lots of room on the patios/with chairs for more guests than we had. Already have reserves to return next year. 4th year in a row!!

Lori, Wayne, Charlotte, Debbie and Mark are great. They made our vacation a memorable one. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn't make it on the day we were supposed to be here. They kept our room for us and we really appreciated it. The room is a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. This little gem is right on the beach and the view is awesome. All the guests were really great as well. We will be returning in 2024 for 5 weeks. Can't wait. Thank you to everyone.
